For software, Océ software support services enable you to keep your solution up-to-date and running – without a lot of hassle and expense.
Maintenance Services: we offer different types of SLA (Service Level Agreement) to insure the uninterrupted functioning of the printers and insuring the continuity of customer production and meeting their deadlines of submissions.
FSMA (Full Service Maintenance Agreement): entitles the customer to a priority service including a periodic preventive maintenance visit (PM), unlimited service calls, free labor, free spare parts, free consumables and toner. Excluding from this contract is; paper, client network, client computer’s hardware, software and any new hardware upgrades.
SMA (Service Maintenance Agreement): entitles the customer to a priority service including a periodic preventive maintenance visit (PM), unlimited service calls (free service), and free spare parts. Excluding from this contract is; the consumables (toners, inks, print heads, and paper), client network, client computer’s hardware, software and any new hardware upgrades. All consumables must be original, and at customer expense.
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract): entitles the customer to a priority service including a periodic preventive maintenance visit (PM), unlimited service calls. Excluding from this contract is; any spare parts and/or consumables (toners, inks, print heads, and paper) required to be changed, client network, client computer’s hardware, software and any new hardware upgrades. All spare parts and consumables must be original, and at customer expense.
Lease or Rental contract: where we provide a machine to the customer based on his requirements, along FSMA contract, so the customer never worries about anything, and the rent can be extended or renewed after completion.
On call service: our help desk respond to each service request on time, raise appropriate service quote and forward to our service team, to attend and address customers needs.
